That used to be telephone calls, which really added another dimension to things, recently however we began to offer webcam calls and the results have been ...well, fantastic is not too strong a word for it. Yes, the connection is sometimes a bit ‘rough’, even though we have broadband Internet, but the look on the faces of both the men and the women involved has been a joy to see.
